RETURN INFORMATION:

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned for store credit only; some exclusions apply.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, which will be emailed to the email address we have on file.  If your item is returned to us in a washed, worn, used condition we will NOT issue a store credit and will give you the option of mailing the items back to you for a $5 per item shipping charge.

Items must be received to Kristan & Co. Boutique within 14 days of shipment arrival date or they will be returned to sender. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of shipment arrival date.

When items were originally purchased with free shipping, an $8 deduction is taken from all returns for shipping/handling.  

If a different size of the item is needed, check the website for availability and purchase as a new order.  A gift card will be issued upon receipt of the returned item, to the email used to purchase.

We do not issue money back refunds. Store credit must be used within 30 days of issuance for returned items. Items purchased at our vendor spaces (Southern Serendipity, Painted Tree) abide by the STORE return policy, not ours.
